Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
If you have a cloud hosting plan with our company and you wish to activate the catch-all option for a particular email mailbox that you have in the hosting account, it’ll take literally only one single mouse click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to accomplish this. A catch-all button is available on the right-hand side of each email address that you have created under any domain name registered in your account. You can pick one single address per domain by clicking the respective button. This will activate the feature instantaneously, so all email messages sent to misspelled addresses will be delivered there. Clicking on the button for a second time will disable the catch-all feature. In case you have enabled email forwarding, our system will display a warning notification and you will not be able to enable the catch-all feature until you deactivate the forwarding or you can simply choose another mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The custom-developed Hepsia Control Panel that is included with each semi-dedicated server package that we are offering will permit you to configure a catch-all mailbox without any efforts even if you do not have much web/email hosting experience. All you need to do to accomplish that is click the catch-all icon, which will be on the right-hand side of each email address that you have created using your domain names in the Email Manager section of the hosting Control Panel. Since you can have only one mailbox with this feature per domain name, our system will inform you if you have already configured a different catch-all mailbox or if the one that you’d like to use has email forwarding enabled. In case you decide that you do not want the feature anymore, you can disable it by clicking once again on the exact same icon. The Email Manager section will also allow you to view your catch-all mailboxes at a glance.
